Her involvement with major projects, particularly onshore energy projects, and acting for different parties provides extensive experience in understanding the commercial factors underlying the contract process resulting in successful negotiation outcomes for clients.
Lisa trained in Andrew’s team at their former firm. Her involvement in various onshore energy projects means that her expertise within this area is extensive covering the commercial supply chain including cable turbine supply and installation contracts as well as related documents such as bonds, guarantees, vesting arrangements, warranties and step-in agreements.
Lisa’s most recently been involved with onshore grid and network reinforcement and replacement.
