With 20 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, David has worked extensively across the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors. He is well established within the industry, having been a Partner, Head of Energy & Industrials and a member of a Global Energy Strategic Board of a major international practice. David has benefited throughout his career from the commercial insight gained from supporting a major utility and the UK’s largest fuel distributor on several in-house projects.

David advises clients globally in relation to commercial contracts, joint ventures, outsourcing agreements, energy trading, regulation and mergers and acquisitions. Clients include utilities, manufacturers, suppliers, developers, operators, funders and investors.
